   Method of Making:
   Compared with color emboss setting wall making, the method of making plane  brilliantly colored setting wall saves many steps,which is easier. It’s no need to engrave ceramic tiles, so it will not use engraving machine.Various media such as uneven,light,matte and colorful surface can be printed with nice printing effects.While using printer with EPSON print heads, the precision can be 2880 dpi.Because of glaze on ceramic tiles,in order to enhance the adhesion of ink,sand ejector can be used to polish or it’s ok to put coating on the surface of ceramic tiles.Then UV printer can be used to print. No matter which way to enhance ink adhesion,UV printer can print setting walls with elegance,poshness and grace.In the end,varnish can be put on the surface according to client requirements.

   Method of Making:
   Color emboss setting walls often use ceramic tiles of 600*600MM and 800*800mm,including archaized bricks,polished tiles,glazed tiles, microcrystalline bricks and so on.After being packed with films,laser engraving machine or carved machine is used to engrave images.Combined with sand ejector,images can be polished.During this step,workers must be familiar with sand ejector technology to make three-dimensional effect. The depth of embossed effect should be controlled by workers. Then the required pictures should be input computers to make vectorgraph.Then turn on the UV printer to print.In the end, there is a beautiful color emboss setting wall.
